In an attempt to refine our vocabulary, here’s a list of created words and phrases we use around the house. This will most likely become longer as we remember them all and create more.
Schpoop (sh-poup) noun – a person characterized by silliness, youthful glee; an overwelming sense of ridiculousness. verb- the action of being silly while expressing disappointment. eg. “Oh, schpoop.”
Butt-tt-tt-tt-t-t (buh-tt-tt-tt-t-t) noun – a frustrating person, while depending on extra T’s to get the point across. Usually ends the expression “pain in the-”.
“Clarice… th-th-thththth!” (clah-reese) movie ref- a sure fire way to freak Sara out.
Tully, -ies (tuh-lee) noun – any devilishly handsome young man who does or appears to or could work on a farm.
Lorna (lore-nah) noun – the name of our house in real life.
Heidi (hi-dee) adj, movie ref – used to describe one of the voices we do. Also, rhymes with Bridgit‘s last name.
Smeg, Smeggers, Smeg-peg-leg, Lady Smegs-a-lot (sm-eg) noun ref- one of many nick names for Sara
